• Profile Data: Name, role (therapist or client), timezone
• Health Data: Exercise completion records, compliance statistics, performance history
• User Content: Exercise demonstration videos uploaded by therapists

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide myofunctional therapy tracking and compliance monitoring services
• Enable communication and data sharing between therapists and their clients
• Track exercise completion and calculate compliance statistics
• Send push notifications for exercise reminders (if enabled)
• Improve and optimize our services

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a trusted backend-as-a-service provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing
• Row-level security policies to protect data access
• Regular security audits and updates

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With Your Therapist: If you are a client, your assigned therapist can view your exercise completion data and progress
• With Your Clients: If you are a therapist, your clients can view exercises you've assigned to them
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
• Service Providers: With Supabase for data hosting (governed by their privacy policy)

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View your personal information within the app
• Correction: Update your profile information at any time
• Deletion: Request account deletion by contacting us
• Data Export: Request a copy of your data
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications in app settings

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.

MyoCompliance is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
